I hate this. I'm sitting in the doctor's examination room after having sat in the waiting room for an hour. I guess if I was deducting for every 15 minutes late they were for my appointment, they might not schedule 10 people in the same half hour!
Another day and the struggle with getting up and having to face the pain is becoming so daunting that the task seems almost insurmountable. I have been on 150 mcg of Fentanyl patches, which I change every 36 hours, along with 16 MG of Dilaudid taken daily. However, I have become so immune to the pain medications affects that I am now titrating off them. The point of this is to literally reset my pain nerves so that after a few months without the pain meds, once I start to take them again their effects will once again be useful but I anticipate that it will be an extremely painful experience.
